Mr. Bababunmi Oluseyi Adekoya is the Country Representative of the Nelson Mandela Institution, and the Director Site Planning and Management. He possesses Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Architecture from Northumbria University, Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom and the University of Lincoln, United Kingdom respectively. He also holds certifications, Diplomas and Masters Degrees in Management Courses including Project Construction, Construction Project Management and Environmental Resource Management.
Mr. Adekoya has almost 20years of professional experience in the built and construction industry with roles ranging from design and construction consultancy to day to day office managerial roles. Prior to working with NMI in February, 2026, Mr. Adekoya worked with Agencies of the Federal Government of Nigeria and the private sector both in the UK and Nigeria.
